LOVE: Evanescence, Danzig, Manowar, CCR, Enya, Disturbed, 69 Eyes,Type-O-Negative,old Metallica, Shakira,Tigertailz, Deep Purple,Sabbath, Josh Groban,Gary Moore, Wojciech Kilar,Sarah McLachlan, Clannad, etc.
HATE: Any so-called R&B (real R&B is quite different), rap gangsta shit full of booty crap,Mariah Carey and her fellow "divas", any love songs from big Disney movies,i.e. "A whole new world", South African "folk"!!!
If I had to put down my fave songs too, I would take up the whole Blogger!!
lol Faith Hill is definately up there along with Mariah Carey and Beyonce and not a fan of Madonna post 95 :(
Oh gosh, have you guys heard that song Called "Humps" (My lovely lady bumps) by Black Eyed Peas?....What was she thinking? And the radio stations, how is that appropriate for daytime airing?..Dance clubs and nighttime...sure
"Your Love" by the Outfield...wow, you are brining back some major memories over here! Used to love that song---and forgot about it.

My faves depend on my mood. When I'm whiney, I like Soul Asylum-every song on the "Let Your Dim Light Shine" CD
When I'm not whiney-Alice Cooper-the "Hey Stoopid" CD or any of that other loud stuff that most people hate. And I play it as loud as I can.
Sometimes I throw the original Broadway soundtrack from Hair in there. Or the Kinks, or the Monkees. Like I said, depends on my mood.

Hate: cookie-cutter singers (GOD, I Hate American Idol !!) When the Monkees did it, it was cool & amusing. They were at least in on it) Divas, boy-bands (all the ones that were popular a few years ago. I don't know who's out there now)

There're two songs that a LOT of people love that send me into a teeth-grinding rage, I hate them so much.
So, so much.
You know what, let's be positive. I am LOVING Something for Kate (I posted "Song for a Sleepwalker" on the blog)

And they're all new to me within a month or so. There's so much old stuff I love, but it's nice to have new ones.....
Love: "When You Sleep", "Sometimes" and "Lose My Breath" all by My Bloody Valentine; "Brad Logan" by Rancid; "Desire", "Bad" and "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" all by U2, "My Girl" by The Four Tops, "I've Been Loving You" by Otis Redding, and many others by The Who, The Cure, UB40, The Pixies, Nirvana and so on.
Hate: Most country and western (EXCEPT Johnny Cash), rap (it always seems to be about gold chains, underclad women and fake criminal activity), disco, and 50's easy listening music
I must commend you all on stellar taste in music, especially Janice and Ann. No wonder I dig y'all so much!!
